Return and Exchange Policy – Cosmea Art Studio

At Cosmea Art Studio, we want you to be happy with your purchase! However, if you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow this policy:

Return Conditions

  1. Return Period:

    • Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days of receiving them.
  2. Item Condition:

    • Returned items must be undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging (if applicable).
    • Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., bespoke jewelry or specially crafted designs) are non-refundable unless they are faulty.
  3. Reason for Return:

    • If the item was damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
    • If you wish to return an item for other reasons (e.g., you changed your mind), the return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Exchange Conditions

  1. Items can be exchanged for another model or size if stock is available.
  2. If the exchange item is more expensive, the customer will need to pay the price difference.
  3. Exchanges will only be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Return Process

  1. Contact us via email at cosmeaart@gmail.com providing:

    • Your order number
    • A brief explanation of the reason for the return or exchange
    • (If the item is damaged) Photos showing the defect.
  2. Once confirmed, we will provide the return address.

  3. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for your purchase.


Additional Information

  • Gift cards and items purchased during special sales are non-refundable.
  • Cosmea Art Studio is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
