At Cosmea Art Studio, we want you to be happy with your purchase! However, if you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow this policy:
Return Conditions

Return Period:
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days of receiving them.

Item Condition:
- Returned items must be undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging (if applicable).
- Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., bespoke jewelry or specially crafted designs) are non-refundable unless they are faulty.

Reason for Return:
- If the item was damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If you wish to return an item for other reasons (e.g., you changed your mind), the return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
Exchange Conditions
- Items can be exchanged for another model or size if stock is available.
- If the exchange item is more expensive, the customer will need to pay the price difference.
- Exchanges will only be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Return Process

Contact us via email at cosmeaart@gmail.com providing:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of the reason for the return or exchange
- (If the item is damaged) Photos showing the defect.

Once confirmed, we will provide the return address.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for your purchase.
Additional Information
- Gift cards and items purchased during special sales are non-refundable.
- Cosmea Art Studio is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
